Now with a 700wh Battery, the 2021 Specialized Turbo Levo FSR Comp takes trail riding to the next level, combined with a powerful motor taking the pain out of the steepest of climbs. The 2021 Tubo Levo FSR features an asymmetrical frame design constructed in M5 aluminium with the 29 trail geometry providing just the right amount of playfulness on the trail. With the frame design comes the magnesium cased 2.1 motor which is 15% smaller and 400g lighter than previous models. The motor remains the same right through to the S-Works model, so you know you are getting the most power for your money with the entry-level FSR. The motor is coupled with a 500Wh battery, giving most people enough range for a full days riding, at an affordable price. The battery is also fully enclosed within the frame, which helps to reduce the weight of the frame, as well as protect the battery from the elements. Specialized have made it nice and easy switching between the different assistance modes with the included trail-remote mounted on the handlebars, which also includes a handy walk-assist. Three different assistance modes are selectable straight from the remote (Eco, Trail and Turbo), with the added function of turning the assistance off completely when descending. Two brand new modes, shuttle and stealth, are also selectable via the Mission Control app. Shuttle mode boosts the bikes power straight to 100%, giving you a super-easy uplift, and Stealth turns off all the lights displayed on the top-tube mounted display, ideal for night riding! This Comp's new Specialized M2-series battery features a 700Wh capacity, which increases your range by a staggering 40% over the base-level Levo. Fox take care of the suspension this year on the Comp spec level, with the 160mm Fox Float 36 Rhythm up front and a Fox Float DPS performance at the rear to help you tackle even the most agressive of trails. Stopping power comes courtesy of Shimano SLX. With 4 piston callipers front and rear and 200/180mm discs, you can be sure that the Levo will slow you down on the steepest of descents. Making an apperance this year, providing a point of difference on the base level Levo is the Shimano SLX 12 speed groupset. The Comp spec is finished with an X-Fusion Manic dropper seatpost with up to 170mm of travel on the larger frame sizes.
